Summer Challenge: Beach

Heyhey :) 

I told my followers on twitter yesterday, that I am too tired to post the beach nails, so that's why I'm a little late with the challenge :)

Sorry for the break again..but the post is really long because of all the cool links ;) 


Truth is, I had no idea what to do with my nails for this theme ...
I did the last step of my mani a few hours ago after asking on twitter whether I should put umbrellas or foot prints on my beach :P Well, Kaki and Alexis were clearly for foot prints! So here it is, my beach mani: 


I used: 
Essence - Gold Rush (sand), Nail Collection Matte White and Rimmel - Azure. I first sponged some white polish on the tips and then I sponged on the blue one. For the foot prints I mixed Essence - Gold Rush with Essence - Just in case. 


I had a hard time capturing this design with my camera, because everything is so shiny =)) But it had to be, because you know how the sand on the beach sometimes sparkles in the sun? Not to mention the water... :)

    Wow you are so talented! It blows my mind how creative people can be on such a small surface. I think I am creative myself but the talent is just not there ;oP

    I love you manicure. For me this was a hard theme, I didn't know what to do and in the end I did something, I wasn't satisfied with. I wish I had you skills and brains for ideas. :)
