It happens to all of us, and now it´s my turn again :P A nail of mine broke some while ago and I tried to patch it up but it didn´t work out that well, so I had to cut it down, now that it grew out a little bit. It hurts like hell when I type on my keyboard, because it´s so damn short. :( Of course I filed down all of my nails to match my silly ring finger ^^
What do I do when I have my nails very short? I try to make them as invisible as possible :D I can´t stand to have such short nails, that´s why I don´t want to draw attention to them :P I always paint them nude, and if feel like it, I add some glitter, but that´s it. I used: P2 - Perfectly and Essence - Hello Holo.
What do you guys do, if you have to cut down your nails? Not wear polish at all, or does it not bother you? :)

ReplyDeleteyour short nails are my long! I wear dark polish when my nails are nubs- I am older and I think dark polish on long nails at my age looks a little witchy! Yours are still gorgeous! Loving the glitter/nude

ReplyDelete@Elizedge: First off: Thank you! :) I know some people who have some really short nails, but it suits them,and dark colors look good on their short nails :) Maybe I´m just not used to that with my nails :P

Yes it sucks but I don't let it stop me for being fabulously polished! Don't hide your nails- show them off! They'll grow back!

ReplyDeleteThe shorter my nails the darker the colors I wear - it boosts the contrast against my light skin tone. It just seems right even if the explanation doesn't make much sense! I love the shape of your nails!
