Purple Zebra :)

Hello again :)

I just looooove purple, it´s my favorite color (besides red :P ) and Catrice has this beautiful, amazing, pretty nail polish: Forget-Me-Not. Words can´t describe the beauty of this color...the problem is...it´s really hard to capture with the camera...especially since I don´t have one, and I have to use my phone ^^ I took a picture from one of the blogs I follow, that swatched this beauty, to show you guys the real color :)

Let´s move on: I decided to do a zebra-design on my nails and I used the tip painter from essence to create the look :

Well, the design is nothing special, but with this beautiful purple shade it is definitely an eye catcher :)  And it looks 10 times better in reality :D

Matte Glitter

Hello Nailpolish-Lovers! :)
So I still have the glitter mani on my nails and I thought I spice it up a bit :P Many nail-bloggers used matte TC over glitter polish and it looked very interesting. So here is my version of a matte glitter mani:

 I used 1 coat of Essence Matte TC over the old manicure. The pic above is taken in daylight and the second pic is taken in the bathroom in artificial light. Click the photos to enlarge, to see the matte finish better :)

I made a list today with some designs that came into my mind, so now I have enough ideas for the next couple of days ;)

Essence Splash Refresh + Glitter Topper

Hello again!
So finally I can use colors on my nails, and I have just no idea what to do with them...I think the heat affects my thinking :D So I grabbed the first polish that caught my eye: Essence - BBC Splash Refresh . Since it it so sunny outside I knew I had to use some glitter topper to make it extra sparkly :) And here it is: ( excuse me for those bad photos, but I still have no camera :( )

I used 2 coats of  Splash Refresh, let it dry and added 1 coat of  Essence Glitter Topper - 03 Clyde, after that I added 1 coat of Glitter Topper - 01 Louise. The first picture is taken in the shadow and the second one in the sunlight...pretty, right ? :)

I love the color combination of  turquoise and purple :) What´s your favorite color combination ?

French Mani Update

Hello!

So after 3 days the polish started chipping. I have to say, that I carried my last moving boxes and some stuff, perhaps that´s why it started chipping :) But nevertheless I´m happy with this product and I´m sure it would have lasted longer without all the carrying I did. It only chipped on my right hand on 2 nails, the left hand only has some tipwear :)  (especially on the index finger)

I don´t mind, that it lasted only 3 days, because it was easy to apply and it looked good til the end :) I don´t know if I will wear it again, since I get bored so quickly with french manicures, but it´s good to have such a kit...just in case :) 

Starting tomorrow I will post more interesting manis again :P
